Je découvre que Lightroom 1.1 est instable au bout de quelques jours d'utilisation. Fige le laptop ou même Ctrl-Alt-Del ne fonctionne pas.

Démarre une fois sur 10. Les autres fois rend explorer.exe inopérant.

Ce n'est pas une question de puissance d'ordinateur. Une configuration qui à ce problème :

Mac Pro, 2.66 GHz, Core 2 Duo (2 processors, 4 cores)
5 GB RAM (4x1 GB in riser A; 2x512 MB in riser B, DIMMs 1 and 2)
250 GB (internal SATA system disk, 125 GB unused)
750 GB (internal SATA disk dedicated to Lightroom images and databases, 595 GB unused)

I'm having similar problems, even with Auto update to XMP turned off and adproxy.exe for CS3 turned off. Lightroom will stall for several seconds or even a minute on simple tasks light marking a photo for rejection (x-key). I f I let it sit it will start working again and might let me mark 2 or 3 more photos pretty quickly before hanging again. I have standard size previews generated for all photos, so it's not a matter of retrieving the original photo. And when I check CPU meter during a stall it is typically hovering between 0 and 3% with RAM at about 40%, so these are not limiting the system. However, during a stall my HD is hammering away at something. My specs: Vista Home Premium, LR 1.1, Adobe CS3 Web Premium, Athlon X2 5200+ cpu, 2G RAM, ASUS M2N-sli Deluxe MB, 320GB SATA 7200rpm HD (holding database), photos stored on Hammer NAS (with gigabyte LAN). This is really not funny anymore.

Addendum: Just saw the posts about removing any empty CF readers from USB ports. Seems to have made an improvement.

Les programmeurs d'Adobe à ce jour n'ont trouvé aucune solution.

pour le moment c'est donc Capture One + Corel Paint Shop 9 comme module d'impression.

Pas de soucis sur un PowerMac G5 avec Mac OS X 10.4. J'ai tout juste eu un plantage une fois alors que j'essayais un export "web" particulier.

I have been using Lightroom since its Beta. I loved it and so I bought it.

Until a few weeks ago I had no problems what so ever, but that has suddenly changed!!! I simply can not use the product any longer. I even tried a reinstall and even reinstalled the update to 1.1 again.

I am shooting with a Nikon D200 in Raw Format. I import my images no problem. I can work in the library no problem. But as soon as I select an image, go into Develop mode and all heck breaks loose.

Generally I can adjust the Exposure, then the very minute I try to adjust the Fill Light parameter, Lightroom will hang. If I check task manager I will get the Lightroom not responding message.

In two cases this happend continually in front of a client and I simply had to apologize and tell the client I would look into this problem later.

I really need this functionality and if this can not be sorted out I will have to resort to Aperture. I have no choice.

Can anyone help.

I am running on the same system and system specs I always have been and until several weeks ago I have had no problems. Now it is constant.

Mac OSx 10.4 G5 Dual Core 4 gig memory ATI graphics card never a problem before.

Perso, je n'utilise pas, sauf cas rare, de soft datant de moins de 6 mois...

et même si je fais toutes les mises à jour du système d'exploitation,
j'attends toujours un peu avant de le faire.

Sur PC et Windows XP je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec Lightroom, ni la 1.0 ni la 1.1, tout va bien.

Depuis que j'ai potassé le bouquin de Martin Evening je me fais plaisir, ce soft gagne à être connu !

Je vais y greffer DXO 4.5 cette semaine.

Cela ne va pas beaucoup vous aider, car je n’ai aucun souci avec Ligthroom 1.1. Je suis en iMac PPC, deux écrans 20 pouces, OS X US à jour, Ligthroom US. Notez, que j'utilise très peu d'addons logiciel qui risquent de modifier le comportement du système de base, et créer des interférences incontrôlables. Probablement la piste principale de problème, pour ceux qui en ont.

J'utilise Ligthroom régulièrement, entre autres pour le suivi des travaux sur mon bateau. Désolé avec un petit APN Nikon pas cher, pas avec mon M8, qui dort un peu, et qui n'est pas nécessaire juste pour me rappeler, par exemple, le câblage électrique du moteur.

PS : Trouvé dans ma boite aux lettres un petit mot de l'un d'entre vous de passage. Il se reconnaîtra. Pas de chance, j'étais sur mon bateau. J'ai raté le plaisir de sa visite.

et on télécharge ou cette "vieille" version 1.0 ? je voudrais bien essayer mais la version 1.1 est un peu costaud pour ma bécane...

Les versions 1.0 et 1.1 doivent exiger la même configuration. Perso, j'ai acheté Lightroom alors que la 1.1 était déjà sortie et je n'ai essayé que celle-là (le DVD d'installation contenait la 1.0 mais j'ai fait la mise à jour dans la foulée).
